Mrs. Parkinson has been hired as Treasurer for Galion CSD effective October, 2014. Prior to joining Galion CSD Mrs. Parkinson was Vice President, Finance for IMG Worldwide, the leader in the sports marketing, management and entertainment industry. Her client list included Major League Baseball, the United States Olympic Committee and the Norwegian Nobel Institute. In addition, Mrs. Parkinson was one of only seven people hired to start the national retailer OfficeMax where she held the position of Vice President, Treasurer and Controller. She has also served on the Board of Trustees for Hershey Montessori School as Vice President, Treasurer.

Mrs. Parkinson has extensive experience in financial management, human resource management and fiscal control. She looks forward to utilizing all these skills for the benefits of the students, families and community members of Galion City Schools.
