Galion High School winter concert set for Dec 10

The Galion High School will host its annual winter music programs during the holiday season. The event, featuring both vocal and instrumental music groups, will begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Galion High School gymnasium Monday, Dec. 10.

The Concert Choir will sing “Frosty the Snowman”, “Where Are You Christmas” and “A Glad Noel”. The Jazz Ensemble will perform “A Charlie Brown Christmas”, “White Christmas” and “Feliz Navidad.” The Showtunes Show Choir will perform “I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus”, “Got Tell It On The Mountain” and “At Christmas.”

The Symphonic Band will perform “A Glorious Christmas”, “Appalachian Folk Carol”, “Carol of the Drum” and “Sleigh Ride.” The Symphonic Choir will sing “Come, Sing! Come, Dance!”, “Light A Candle” and “Glory, Hallelujah to the Newborn King”. Finally, the Combined Choirs and Alumni Chorus will perform “Hallelujah Chorus”.
