Final Forms Student Information

Grades K-5

  • Parent/Guardian must complete all forms prior to students receiving an iPad to use in the classroom.

Grade 6 

  • Parent/Guardian must complete all forms prior to start of school. 6th grade students will complete Final Forms in the classroom with Mrs. Graham during the first week of school. 

Fall Athletes/Band Members

  • Parent/Guardian and Athlete must complete all forms prior to start of practice.

Grades 7-12 

  • Parent/Guardian and Student must complete all forms prior to student receiving an iPad.

How do students sign their forms?

Student username is their school email address: lastname.firstname@stu.galionschools.org 

Students may use the reset password feature in Final Forms.  This will send a link to their school email.

  • Galion students collect more than 5,000 pairs of socks for Galion students collect more than 5,000 pairs of socks for "Socktober" Learning to give back to the community and help others has become a staple in the educational journey for students in the Galion City Schools. The Galion Intermediate School and Galion Primary School held the annual “Socktober” fundraiser, and it was a tremendous success. The students collected 5,410 pairs of new socks, bringing their eight-year total to more than 11,000 pairs of socks collected. more
