FinalForms- NEW for Fall 2019

We are very excited to announce that the Galion City Schools has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service.

FinalForms allows you to complete and sign all beginning of the year forms and all athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from year-to-year and season-to-season meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time.

We are asking that all parents of athletes register their students in FinalForms during the month of May for the upcoming Fall Sports season.

All other students who are currently enrolled in Galion can begin registering at their convenience during the months of June, July and August.

Parents who wish to open-enroll their students will need register through Final Forms, and will be contacted by our Administrative Office.

Please register at  https://galion-oh.finalforms.com -- now and electronically complete ALL forms!

Questions may be emailed to gal-tech@galionschools.org.

Please note we are continuing to build and improve this platform. We ask for your patience as you may be asked to revisit the site to complete forms as needed.  Our goal is to be as efficient as we can. Thank you for your assistance in streamlining our paperwork processes and saving resources at Galion City Schools.
