Grades 6-12 Full Year Request:

We are happy to provide one hotspot per household for any family in grade 6-12 who are those in need. Parents/Guardians can complete the form below. Hotspot and charger are to be returned to school on the day student iPads are collected,

Grades 3-5 Short Term Request:

For students in grade K-5 who are experiencing long-term illness or quarantine. The hotspot and charger will be due based on individual need as agreed upon with the Director of Technology.

By completing the request form below, the Parent/Guardian agrees to accept financial responsibility for the hotspot and its charger.
