Arrangements for bus transportation starts with completing the Transportation form in Final Forms. Should there be changes in transportation needs throughout the year, Final Forms should be updated by the parent/guardian.

High School Students- Home address is more than 2.0 miles from school.

Middle School Students- Home address is more than 1.5 miles from school.

Intermediate/Primary Students - Home address is more than 1.0 miles from school.

Pioneer Students

Daily transportation to Pioneer is provided to students who have selected this option on the Transportation form in Final Forms.

In Final Forms you will have two options:

• Bus from Galion High School to Pioneer

• Transportation is needed to/from the student's home address. 

As a PBIS district, we believe that the school bus is an extension of the classroom. We encourage all students to abide by the expectations set forth while being transported to and from school, field trip, or sporting event. Here Comes the Bus is a free app that will allow parents and students to know the location of the bus and if it is on time or delayed. 

Access the app from your smartphone, tablet or computer

Receive push notifications and/or email alerts

How to get started:

1.    Download the Here Comes the Bus app* or visit herecomesthebus.com

2.   Click the "Sign Up"   button

3.    Enter school code 85511 and click “Next” followed by “Confirm”

4.   Complete the “User Profile” box

5.    Under “My Students,” click “Add.” Enter your child’s last name and student ID number

6.    Once you confirm your information, you’re ready to begin using Here Comes the Bus!
