We’re excited to welcome our new Intervention Specialist to Galion Middle School! A proud mom of five boys, she and her family love spending time outdoors and embracing the beauty of nature. She has a passion for repurposing items—turning the old into something useful or beautiful.
With 14 years of military service, she brings a strong foundation of discipline, leadership, and calm under pressure to her work with students. She finds peace in nature and strength in chaos—qualities that make her a powerful addition to our Tiger family. Welcome aboard!

We’re excited to welcome Isabella to the Galion Intermediate team as our new Behavioral Educational Assistant! Isabella brings great enthusiasm and a passion for supporting students as they grow academically and socially. She enjoys spending her free time going on walks and shopping with friends, and she’s already making connections with students and staff throughout the building. In the spring, you’ll also find her coaching track at Galion Middle School, where she shares her love for running and teamwork.
An interesting fact about Isabella — she’s no stranger to success on the track herself! During high school, she qualified for the state championships in both cross country and track all four years, a remarkable accomplishment that speaks to her dedication and drive. We are thrilled to have Isabella on our team and look forward to the positive impact she’ll make with our students!

A graduate of The Ohio State University, Kayden brings a love for learning and a passion for helping students grow both in and out of the classroom. She’s excited to create a fun, supportive environment where her students feel encouraged to explore, ask questions, and become confident learners.
Outside of school, Kayden enjoys spending quality time with her family, traveling to new places, and diving into a good book — especially through audiobooks. She also brings her team spirit to Galion, having helped coach the Varsity softball team this past season. Kayden’s energy, dedication, and love for both education and community make her a fantastic addition to our staff!

Galion High School is excited to welcome Ms Moses to our teaching team as the new Social Studies teacher! A graduate of Ashland University, she brings a love for history and a passion for education to her classroom. Her creativity and enthusiasm shine through in everything she does — whether she’s diving into a great book, building something out of Legos, or exploring new ways to integrate A/V technology into learning.
Erika’s love for music has been a lifelong journey. She’s been playing in the band since 5th grade and hasn’t stopped since! She can play five different instruments and still performs regularly as a member of the Ashland University Community Band. Her dedication to both education and the arts makes her a dynamic addition to the Galion staff, and we’re thrilled to have her inspiring students each day.

Galion City Schools is thrilled to introduce a new face to our support team — our very first Social Work Specialist! Welcome to the Tiger Family Ashley!! This newly created role was designed to provide dedicated mental health and social-emotional support to our students and families. We’re proud to welcome a passionate and driven professional who brings not only academic expertise but also a heart for connection and student well-being.
A graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, she holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Bachelor's in Biology — a powerful combination that allows her to approach student care from both a psychological and scientific perspective. Her background equips her to help students navigate emotional and academic challenges with empathy, clarity, and purpose.
Outside of work, she brings vibrant energy to everything she does. A proud “plant mom” with a love for nature, mountains, and anything adventurous. When she’s not working out or blasting music, you’ll likely find her lost in the pages of old Farmer’s Almanacs. Her bucket list? Wandering through the misty highlands of Scotland. We are beyond excited to have her join the Galion family — her courage to climb is already inspiring us all.
