May is National Mental Health Month, and here at Galion City Schools, we continue to make diligent efforts to support the well-being of our students and staff. 💙As part of our commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment, our staff recently participated in Restorative Practice training. Restorative practices are strategies and skills that help build positive relationships, resolve conflicts and create a respectful and accountable culture in our schools. Studies have shown that restorative practices can enhance student engagement, academic achievement, social-emotional learning and school climate.
