There will be plenty of fun activities and helpful resources for families, and our school nurses will also be on-site to assist with scheduling immunization appointments for the 2026–27 school year.
This is a district-wide event, open to all K–12 students and their families—we hope to see you there!

Reminder, Wednesday March 18th there will be a 2 hour delay for all students. Staff will attend their regularly scheduled time. This 2 hour delay is NOT weather related and has been scheduled. Please see graphic for upcoming PD days in the future. Pioneer students who ride the bus to campus, you will need to find your own ride to campus and catch the shuttle to Pioneer (Unless you have been notified)

At Galion City Schools, we are grateful for the incredible educators who inspire our students through music and the performing arts every day. A special thank you to our dedicated music instructors—Mrs. Griffin, Mrs. Hammond, and Mrs. O’Deens—for sharing their passion and helping students discover their talents through band, choir, and music education.
We are also thankful for our high school theater program led by Mrs. Jarvis, along with her amazing assistants Rachel and Amy. Their creativity, guidance, and countless hours behind the scenes give students the opportunity to shine on stage and build confidence that lasts a lifetime. 🎭🎶

Reminder!! The ACT Test is tomorrow, Tuesday, March 10, 2026, for all Galion Juniors who have not opted out. Students should arrive at the high school at 7:25. Bring a student ID or driver's license and fully charged school-issued device. After testing concludes, GHS students will report to class; Pioneer students will be bused to Pioneer.
